On Average, 65 archive boxes can be scanned and stored on just one DVD. There are no minimum volume restrictions and turnaround times can be arranged to suit most requirements. Scanned documents can be supplied in many different formats including but not limited to TIFF, PDF, JPEG and GIF.

Once document scanning is complete, images and index information can be returned on CD/DVD complete with search, view, print and email software which can be easily configured for network access as well as local CD based access and the original paper can either be returned or confidentially destroyed.

Alternatively, scanned images can be returned via hard media or FTP, for immediate download to existing databases or software systems. Some example systems include Filenet, Oracle, Canofile, Documentum, Hummingbird and other existing databases of drawing registers or document registers.
