Computer Output to Laser Disc (COLD) takes your computer print stream for statements, invoices, financials, or any other report in an electronic format and converts them into a readable layout.
COLD provides greater flexibility by increasing access to stored information, such as invoices, statements, price lists, inventories, PODs and general ledger reports.
Once COLD processing is complete, images and index information can be returned on CD/DVD complete with search, view, print and email software which can be easily configured for network access as well as local CD based access. Alternatively, the reports can by returned via FTP, for immediate download to existing corporate databases or software systems.
